A NATURAL APPROACH & LIFESTYLE COACHING FOR WOMEN WHO HAVE ADHD

DSC_9446.jpg

MOST ADHD WOMEN I WORK WITH FEEL OVERWHELMED AND BURNT OUT BECAUSE GENERAL ADVICE DOESN’T SUPPORT HOW WE NATURALLY FUNCTION.

AT GOOD PLACE, I EMPOWER WOMEN WITH SIMPLE AND NATURAL APPROACHES THAT I USE MYSELF, AND FIT HOW OUR MINDS AND BODIES WORK, SO WE CAN FUNCTION WELL AND ENJOY OUR LIVES WITH EASE.

Realistic, natural, and sustainable support for modern women with ADHD.
From someone who knows.

sound familiar?

You got your diagnosis and are thinking, 'now what?'

You felt validated, a bit sad for your child-self, but not sure what this means going forward.

Medication is ok, but wondering if the side effects are worth it.

Getting a bit sick of masking the symptoms, instead of removing the root cause.

Feeling invalidated or self-doubtful around "too many female ADHD diagnoses".

The usual advice expects too much or not enough from you.

You're not sure if holistic health for ADHD will even be enough.

we keep wasting time and money on advice that isn't made for us, and we stay stuck in habits that wear down our body and mind.  before we know it another year’s gone

and we still feel crap.

FAQ
Before you ask, here are some answers to some things you may be (secretly) wondering
I'VE TRIED ALTERNATIVE STUFF BEFORE AND NOTHING STUCK

Totally fair. Good Place was created because most of what's out there doesn't stick. Not for us. I focus on realistic, sustainable methods that are designed for how a female ADHD mind actually works. Not fads, rules, or intense commitment. So what you learn actually made for us, and fits into your life, and lasts.
I DON'T HAVE TIME, I'M ALREADY OVERWHELMED

You don't need more to do (who does)... This is the whole point of Good Place. My coaching and self-paced support offerings are designed around smart swaps, and little tweaks that have a big impact. My products are mostly audio, and are there as support in your own time. Think 5 mins a day type stuff and switching things out. We're working smarter -not harder.
I'M ON MEDICATION, CAN I ADD THIS APPROACH ASWELL?

Yes. They work beautifully side-by-side. The natural approaches I take for ADHD are incredibly powerful on their own and I personally use them myself instead of meds, but using these tools alongside medication aswell, would actually be a very clever way to support you through any compromise that medication puts on your body and mind.
WHAT IF IT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME?

It will. And if you're worried, my one-on-one sessions are the perfect place for us to dive deep into your stuff individually. You get clear guidance that meets you exactly where you are -body, mind & lifestyle.
I CAN'T AFFORD TO WASTE MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T DELIVER

I get it, and I don't take your trust lightly. That's why my approach is designed around years of study, practice, and embodiment, so it's coming from someone who's lived it, and experienced all the ups and downs of things that work, and things that don't.

HERE'S THE TRUTH

is good place right for you?

I was on ADHD medication for years.

It helped me focus and get things done. But I was also tired, not eating properly, and riding the wave of productivity then crashing afterwards.

For me it felt like a band-aid. One that punched me in the face regularly.

Everyone’s experience is different, but what actually changed things for me was learning how to properly support my brain and body. And we can do that alongside medication or without it.

Nothing about us is fixed. When we support our nervous system and how our brain works, things can feel a lot steadier. Meaning: ADHD isn't a life sentence.

If you’re on medication and still feeling a bit off, or are wanting a different approach, I give you the tools that have been working for thousands of years, that you can use to support yourself. Either way.
